Saturday, March 15th, 2025: DAYLIGHT AUDIO hosted its first session at Land to Sea, an Asian American Women owned coffee shop & creative space in Brooklyn. Land to Sea highlights local POC creators and offers coffee, tea, and Chinese pastries.

Born and raised in Harlem, NYC, DJ Dou (Mamadou Diaw) creates immersive, high-energy sets that turn any event into a dynamic dance floor. Specializing in Euphoric Dance, Melodic House, Afro/Latin House, and Upbeat UK Garage, he seamlessly blends genres to craft a vibrant, inclusive, and electrifying atmosphere. With an innate ability to read the crowd, DJ Dou transforms every set into an unforgettable journey of rhythm and energy. Recently, he has brought his signature sound to Public Hotels, Kind Regards, and Moxy Williamsburg Hotel.
Caire is a DJ, Producer, Designer, and Creative Strategist from New Jersey. As the founder of @touchgrass.one , a nature-oriented agency and activities collective, she seamlessly blends creativity across multiple disciplines. While her sound is versatile, Caire’s sonic taste centers around House, Soul, Nee Club, Afro House, Deep House, and Afrobeats.
From the New York, The Last 1K is comprised of Kenny Flair and Baker’s Rebellion. With deep roots in both NYC and Brooklyn’s dynamic music scenes, they’ve held residencies at some of the most vibrant venues, curating sets.
More than just DJs, The Last 1K is a journey through sound, exploring the raw essence of the human experience. Their sets blend storytelling with rhythm, classic cuts, and unexpected grooves that keep dance floors moving. Whether spinning late-night deep house, soulful hip-hop, or smooth R&B textures, The Last 1K continues to craft an atmosphere where every track feels like a moment of reflection, energy, and connection.
